Gerry Clancy

An experienced coach and business entrepreneur, Gerry initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working in the Financial Services and Banking Software Sectors, before setting up two separate businesses – banking consultancy and software – which he grew successfully in both domestic and international markets before divesting to a US multinational.  He subsequently worked as Head of Sales for EMEA and Indian markets. A subsequent change in career direction saw Gerry training and working as a teacher and subsequently commence his coaching practice.

With this diverse background, Gerry’s brings business acumen, a deep understanding of change (both personal and organisational) and highly developed communication skills to his clients delivering high quality coaching solutions.

Joyce Jackson

Joyce joined Harmonics in 2012 and works as a Programme Manager, providing support in client programme delivery and business operations.

Joyce is responsible for the day to day management of the provision of support services and will be the first Harmonics point of contact. Joyce has key skills around project management, attention to detail, an ability to think and act at an operational and strategic level and establishing strong relationships. Joyce is also a qualified coach.

Tony Bond

With over 20 years’ experience in executive career and performance coaching, Tony specialises in career and performance interventions for senior managers and management teams to help them reach their full potential. He offers additional expertise in developing innovation cultures in organisations. Tony has specialist experience in coaching chief executives, senior civil and public servants and senior management teams.

He has global experience in supporting companies and individuals at all levels in managing career and organisational change. He is an expert in facilitating creative thinking and problem solving and in using lateral thinking tools for live projects and problems.
