Mairead O’Carroll

An accredited Career Coach and Facilitator, Máiréad has extensive experience in business and the IT industry having previously worked in the multinational, public, education, community and voluntary sectors. As a Professional Registered Member of the Career Development Institute (UK), she holds a QCGD in Career Development, a Post-Grad in Career Guidance, and a Diploma in Coaching along with other academic awards.

Combining her wide sectoral experience with her in depth understanding of the career decision making process, Máiréad helps her clients careers’ transition, develop and grow in the way that works best for them.

Rosemarie Ryan

Having worked at senior management level with organisations, both national and international, Rosemarie has over 25 years’ experience in Executive and Career Coaching, delivery of Outplacement Support, Talent Management, Training & Leadership Development.

As a long time and active member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development, Galway Chamber of Commerce, Skillnet, a founding member of Network Galway, Rosemarie has contributed regularly to local and community job search initiatives and has been a regular contributor to the Irish Independent Career Doctor Column and other media programmes related to career matters.  For a number of years, Rosemarie has partnered with 3rd level and University Institutions as part of their academic support in career and life skills for graduates and post graduates.

Her strong local, national and international business background combined with an in depth understanding of the job market from both an individual and employer perspective, together with her robust network, nationally and internationally, enables Rosemarie to provide quality career planning support to the people she works with.

 

Mary Beary

Mary is an accredited Executive Coach, certified in systemic business coaching and, as a member of the Career Development Institute has strong expertise in career coaching and facilitation.  With a degree in Marketing and Business Management, Mary has 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development roles in the hospitality, tourism and electronics industries, both domestically and abroad. She has mentored and coached a large number of start-up and small business owners in the past 14 years.

Mary’s coaching style is engaging, relaxed and curious, and very client centred. Supportive and challenging in equal measure, helping the client venture forth into unfamiliar situations and equipping them with the confidence and skills they need to maximise opportunities. 

 

Ted Walsh

Having initially qualified as an electronic engineer, Ted subsequently gained over 33 years’ experience working in that industry gaining extensive experience as a business, people and technical manager.  This included 20 years’ coaching internally within Intel Corp.

An accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation, Ted combines his business expertise with his coaching experience providing the right blend of ‘hard business edge’ with soft business skills to deliver high quality coaching and facilitation to his clients.

Liam McDonnell

A native of Limerick, Liam has 20+ years’ experience in the Executive Search arena, partnering with a broad range of multinational and indigenous clients in sourcing leadership, senior management and “specialist” technical talent.

He has successfully completed his Certificate in Professional Coaching, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds a Diploma in HR Management.  Liam combines an in depth understanding of the jobs market from both an individual and employer perspective, together with a robust network, to deliver best in class career coaching support to clients.

Neville Bourke

Fascinated with the psychology of people and organisational change, Neville has devoted much of his life’s work to organisational behaviour, design and development. Neville’s expertise allows him to address the complex people issues associated with change and guide organisations to real, achievable solutions.

A partner with Organisation Change Management consultancy, Futurus, Neville’s work with Harmonics spans organisational design and development, purpose and culture, change, innovation and transformation, organisational effectiveness, leadership and talent.

Neville has worked across a range of diverse sectors including Financial Services, Medical Devices and Medtech, Electronics and Social Care. He holds a primary degree in Business Studies (Human Resources), a graduate diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (both from University of Limerick), and an M.Sc. (Mgmt) in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin. He was awarded the Charles Harvey Award for academic excellence in 2003.

Neville is currently undertaking the Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching (AMEC) at the Hult International Business School and is also a registered member of the British Psychological Society as a Tester for Occupational, Personality and Ability Assessments.

Sue Larkin

Sue joined Harmonics in July 2011 as Financial Accountant. She has responsibility for all accounting functions at Harmonics and supports all aspects of the business. In addition she manages the Payroll Service offered to all our clients and provides this service in a discreet, confidential and timely manner while always maintaining a strong relationship with both client and employee. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in the past with Deloitte in Dublin and KPMG in the Channel Islands.

John Fitzgerald

Born in County Limerick, John is proud to have started a local Business that has now become a Trusted National Name on People and Organisation Change. Since it’s inception in 2006, John has since built Harmonics to a team of over 30 coaches and change consultants. He is also the Managing Partner in Ireland for OI Global Partners a global career consultancy partnership with 225 offices across 28 offices worldwide. His passion is working with Organisations and individuals to help them anticipate Change and Future Proof.

He is the author of the book ‘Future Proof Your Career’ and has developed the Future Career Readiness methodology as a digital pulse measure for Organisations and individuals.

Fiachra Driscoll

Fiachra joined Harmonics as General Manager in 2011. A chartered accountant, Fiachra has extensive cross-functional experience and has previously operated at Board level, in a multinational environment, in both Commercial and Finance Director roles. A qualified coach, he has specialist expertise in Project Management, career and business performance coaching for senior executives.

Gerry Clancy

An experienced coach and business entrepreneur, Gerry initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working in the Financial Services and Banking Software Sectors, before setting up two separate businesses – banking consultancy and software – which he grew successfully in both domestic and international markets before divesting to a US multinational.  He subsequently worked as Head of Sales for EMEA and Indian markets. A subsequent change in career direction saw Gerry training and working as a teacher and subsequently commence his coaching practice.

With this diverse background, Gerry’s brings business acumen, a deep understanding of change (both personal and organisational) and highly developed communication skills to his clients delivering high quality coaching solutions.
