Our client, a global leader in medical devices and healthcare innovation, is seeking an Administrator with French to join their Events (Marketing) team on a six-month contract. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Events and Marketing team.
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for events, conferences, and meetings across the EMEA region.
- Communicate effectively in both French and English with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain databases, manage reports, and support budget tracking.
- Assist with general office administration and ad hoc project tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong administrative and IT skills (MS Office essential).
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in marketing or event coordination would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Proactive, professional, and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset.
