We pioneered the Career Stocktake Programme many years ago to support Organisations who wanted to offer their people the time and space to consider both internal and external moves. The introduction of the Future Career Readiness Index as a Future of Work Coaching Model helps each person to evaluate their future career move. 

We support them to interview for suitable internal roles if this is the right move for them or explore external options which are more suitable. We support them through the fear of making a change mid-career. Whether the move is internal or external it will require reskilling or integration into a new culture. Our Career Stocktake Programme is a unique process which leads to a better outcome for both Employer and Employee. 

The programme is available as a One to One Intervention or as part of a broader group redeployment programme.
