I contacted John Fitzgerald at Harmonics as I wanted him to help me “Shake Down” my career and assist me in deciding on my next step. At the end of our second meeting I had the most career clarity that I ever had – it was time to leave. I left my comfortable role and joined a fantastic business five months later. I now have a role where I have complete ownership of this part of our overall business. The business is growing so my issues are now about how I maximise that growth.
