In this vital role, you’ll support the lifecycle tracking of aircraft engines, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations. From reviewing historical documentation to compiling engine phase-out reports, you’ll be a key player in the engine transition and delivery process for global aviation clients.
What You’ll Do
- Review historical and current engine documentation to create Engine Phase-Out Documentation Packages.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to compile, verify, and finalise back-to-birth (BtB) records.
- Interpret engine maintenance manuals and life-limited part (LLP) data to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards.
- Use specialised computer systems to track, review, and archive LLP documentation and engine maintenance records.
- Resolve missing or incorrect paperwork issues by coordinating with international stakeholders.
- Compile regular reports to track project status and documentation progress across multiple engines.
- Stay current with relevant Airworthiness Directives and technical documentation changes.
- Support the broader Technical Services Provision team with document control and compliance activities.
What You Bring
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle highly technical, compliance-driven documentation.
- Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and technical understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with SAP and technical recordkeeping systems (training provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of aircraft or engine maintenance (desirable, but not essential).
- Qualification in aircraft records or Diploma in Aviation or related area
