As an experienced recruiter, Rachael understands the importance and necessity of finding a good fit between the company and individual. After graduating in Office Information Systems, Rachael worked in a variety of customer service and HR & Recruitment roles. She later established the commercial division of BDO Simpson Xavier Recruitment in the Midwest Region before joining Harmonics Recruitment to manage our Financial Recruitment division in 2012.
Melissa’s highly intuitive and personable approach combined with her strong commercial awareness and expertise of current industry trends are key factors in her success. Following the completion of a Marketing degree, Melissa worked in financial sales with Halifax, established and managed Morgan McKinley’s Life Sciences division in the Midwest before joining Harmonics Recruitment in 2009.
Stephanie joined Harmonics in 2017 as a Recruitment Support Specialist and has since moved to a Business Improvement & Support Position. Stephanie provides day to day support across the business and specifically in the areas of recruitment, IT and website management.
Stephanies background is in temporary commercial and technical recruiting. She is a strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Social Work from Limerick Institute of Technology.
