Our Approach is Personalised

During what is a time of forced change and uncertainty, the Harmonics Outplacement for Managers Experience’ starts with an initial introductory phone call from Mary Cummins our Programme Manager to put people at ease.  A trained coach herself, Mary builds a personal connection and provides a safe space for people who may wish to offload their immediate emotional, career and financial concerns.

Our Goal is to Understand Immediate Needs

When people face future job uncertainty, we know from neuroscience that the brain fills with cortisol which creates fear and anxiety. People are worried and need support in three key areas – career – what to do next and where to find a job?; financial – how long will my money last?; emotional – how is this impacting me emotionally? Harmonics have the expertise within our Outplacement Coaching Team to provide support in all three areas.

3 Factors when considering a 1:1 Outplacement Partner

  1. Not Timebound – On average, 4 out of 10 people availing of a 1 Month Outplacement Programme with a Global Provider, do not find a job before the Programme Support ends. This leaves them dissatisfied and not supported to find their next role. At Harmonics, our Programmes are not timebound – it’s about the end result.

This is different to Global Outplacement firms who send a link to a global technology platform with support if requested from a careers’ advisor.
