The weeks and months following a major restructuring can present challenges for those who have left the organisation and also for those who remain (the survivors).  We have put together a suite of supports that we can provide to organisations including:

  • 1:1 Remote Career Coaching – providing those who have left the organisation with access to career support they may need in the months post-leaving
  • Post-Change Survivor Workshop – supporting those who remain post the restructuring around gaining renewed focus and leaving the past behind symbolically and emotionally
