A native of Limerick, Liam has 20+ years’ experience in the Executive Search arena, partnering with a broad range of multinational and indigenous clients in sourcing leadership, senior management and “specialist” technical talent.

He has successfully completed his Certificate in Professional Coaching, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds a Diploma in HR Management.  Liam combines an in depth understanding of the jobs market from both an individual and employer perspective, together with a robust network, to deliver best in class career coaching support to clients.

As an executive coach and facilitator, Bernadette has several years’ experience working with groups and individuals in the areas of career transition, career management, career development and performance management. Results focused, Bernadette uses her energy and positive attitude to motivate individuals and teams to help them reach their full potential.

Garrett joined Harmonics Financial as a Senior Financial Advisor in August 2023. He brings a wealth of experience from his various roles with leading financial service providers in Ireland since the early 1990’s.
