Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Shannon Co. Clare. They are a privately owned Irish engineering company. Their range of services include contract manufacturing and precision engineering solutions for top medical device and orthopedic companies globally with a quality-focused approach.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll administration, garnishments, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll Processing skills
- Knowledge of garnishments and payroll taxes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- IPASS or equivalent payroll or accounting qualification.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience servicing payroll needs in a fast-paced environment.
