Frank specialises in three areas: leadership and the approaches to developing a Team; building relationships based on trust, thereby influencing customers and stakeholders; and managing our personal energies in work (and in life). In his work, he brings to bear his 34 years’ experience working in Multinational Corporations, including 12 years as a qualified coach.
Frank’s philosophy is that if you want to improve results then build relationships; and if you want to build relationships then improve the conversations. Based on this he researches and shares best practice in providing feedback, finding more time to think, to question and listen, and how to cope effectively when we are sometimes going flat out in life and in work.
