Her successful career in sales sparked a passion for performance psychology. Through her work in management and training—and her own lived experience—she understands the challenges professionals face when striving for excellence amid personal and professional hurdles, as well as the transformative impact that evidence-based coaching can deliver.

To ensure clients receive high quality support, Valerie earned MSc degrees in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork and in Pluralistic Psychotherapy from the Irish Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Today, she blends business acumen with solution-focused strategies and a broad range of psychological approaches—including acceptance and commitment coaching and mindful awareness—helping clients build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, maximize leadership potential, and embed mental fitness strategies that enable them to thrive in demanding situations.

Eileen Woodford

A highly skilled and accredited executive coach and facilitator, Eileen has over 15 years’ experience delivering sustainable change for individuals and organisations she has worked with across multiple sectors.

With a depth of business experience and an ability to connect with people at all levels, Eileen works with organisations to champion a people-first agenda.

Órla Murphy

Órla is an associate coach and facilitator with Harmonics specialising in supporting Harmonics clients in the area of Health & Wellbeing.

With over 11 years of experience working with diabetes patients for the Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Programme, Órla has witnessed firsthand the profound impact of this and other chronic diseases on health and quality of life. She is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health through lifestyle changes, promoting happier and healthier lives.

By facilitating interactive discussions, engaging educational content, and group coaching sessions, she creates a dynamic and supportive environment where participants can thrive and take meaningful steps toward transforming their health and well-being.

Órla has an MSc in Positive Health Coaching – Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Psychology, through the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Robin McCormick

Robin is a specialist in the areas of Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching and resolving interpersonal challenges within organisations.

He has over 30 years’ energy sector experience, including as Board Chair and CEO, where he played a key role in the transformation of the electricity market and power system.  Robin currently advises a number of organisations on strategy and performance at Board level and supports Chief Executives and Leadership Team members to engage and influence to grow and develop their businesses.

Robin’s coaching and mediation work focuses on high performance, enabling  Board members, CEOs and Executive achieve high-value outcomes.  He has a particular interest in resolving interpersonal issues which impair performance and partners with senior leaders to achieve agreed outcomes.
