Michael Murphy is a highly trusted, skilled, inspirational, and energetic transformational leadership coach who specialises in coaching senior leaders and their teams. His signature strength as an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner Coach is his empowering approach where he establishes trust and rapport and challenges his clients’ thinking appropriately based on his insights, training and commercial experience.

Michael has over 30 years’ experience in the agrifood industry and the Irish public service. He has worked with a range of Irish exporting companies targeting opportunities in the UK, Europe, Asia and the United States. More recently he has supported the Institute of Public Administration and Sustainable Food Systems Ireland on operations.

A native of Limerick, Liam has 20+ years’ experience in the Executive Search arena, partnering with a broad range of multinational and indigenous clients in sourcing leadership, senior management and “specialist” technical talent.

He has successfully completed his Certificate in Professional Coaching, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds a Diploma in HR Management.  Liam combines an in depth understanding of the jobs market from both an individual and employer perspective, together with a robust network, to deliver best in class career coaching support to clients.

An accredited executive coach with the ICF, Sarah supports individuals and groups in career transition and in career change. With over 15 years’ experience across HR, Marketing and Communications roles in the tech, media and nonprofit sectors, Sarah's varied experience has enabled her to adapt swiftly to both 1:1 coaching sessions and group sessions, tailoring her approach each time to meet the needs of her audience

Sarah's key strengths lie in her ability to build rapport and trust effectively together with meeting each client where they’re ‘at’ - a vital part of laying the foundation of a strong coaching engagement. A self-confessed ‘learn-it-all’, she integrates approaches and theory from her learnings from the Conscious Leadership Group, alongside continuous professional development in areas such as breathwork and masterful coaching to ensure a whole-person approach and experience.

A highly skilled executive coach, facilitator and organisation change consultant, Valerie brings a wealth of experience from the corporate sector having held senior leadership roles in large multinationals over a period of 25 years.
