Mark is a Harmonics specialist in the areas of Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching

He has over 25 years stakeholder engagement experience including leading the world’s largest international consultancy’s corporate practice across EMEA and as part of the leadership team of a leading FTSE 100 multinational. Mark has experience in advising at board level and helping leadership team members to engage and influence across complex internal, external landscapes and in the remote world of work. Mark has a particular interest in helping authentic leaders develop their personal brand and communication and influencing skills.

A change and transformation specialist, he has global experience in leading complex employee engagement, and cultural transformation and business integration projects. He helps business leaders turn strategy into stories and messaging which influence behaviour.

Mark is a high-level coach, corporate communications and employee engagement consultant and a conflict resolution specialist focused on dynamics which block high performance.

Frank specialises in three areas: leadership and the approaches to developing a Team; building relationships based on trust, thereby influencing customers and stakeholders; and managing our personal energies in work (and in life). In his work, he brings to bear his 34 years’ experience working in Multinational Corporations, including 12 years as a qualified coach.

Frank’s philosophy is that if you want to improve results then build relationships; and if you want to build relationships then improve the conversations. Based on this he researches and shares best practice in providing feedback, finding more time to think, to question and listen, and how to cope effectively when we are sometimes going flat out in life and in work.

Niamh is an Accredited Professional Executive Leadership Coach, a Certified Systemic Team Coach and a Fellow of the Association for Coaching. She is a certified member of the British Psychological Society, for assessing personality in organisations and an EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, Dimensions and Multiview registered administrator.

Niamh also delivers ILM coaching qualifications and acts as a coaching supervisor to other professional executive coaches. She is certified in Design Thinking and Service Blue Printing methodology and facilitation.

An experienced Board Member, Niamh has served ten years as a Director at Association for Coaching Ireland (four years as Chair) and ten years as a Director of Women in Business NI, the largest business network for female entrepreneurs and business leaders in Northern Ireland.
