Joyce joined Harmonics in 2012 and works as a Programme Manager, providing support in client programme delivery and business operations.

Joyce is responsible for the day to day management of the provision of support services and will be the first Harmonics point of contact. Joyce has key skills around project management, attention to detail, an ability to think and act at an operational and strategic level and establishing strong relationships. Joyce is also a qualified coach.

An accredited executive coach, Mary supports individuals and groups in career change and transition in both private and public sectors.  Highly experienced and with a background in international banking and digital media, she has designed and delivered programmes around workforce mobilisation, career development and returners (to the workforce).

Mary’s key strengths include her ability to create space and build rapport quickly and easily to enable clients to engage and connect in a way that supports clarity in identifying issues. In exploring options, she encourages clients to become inquisitive and empowered to believe that change is possible. Reflections on values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviours accelerate the learning and bring clients to a place where actionable steps become clear and the desire for change is strong.

With over 20 years’ experience in executive career and performance coaching, Tony specialises in career and performance interventions for senior managers and management teams to help them reach their full potential. He offers additional expertise in developing innovation cultures in organisations. Tony has specialist experience in coaching chief executives, senior civil and public servants and senior management teams.

He has global experience in supporting companies and individuals at all levels in managing career and organisational change. He is an expert in facilitating creative thinking and problem solving and in using lateral thinking tools for live projects and problems.
